Q3. There are four of us in a small car (kei car). Can one person ride in the vehicle used by the driver from the driving service?
We're very sorry, but passengers (including companions) are not allowed to ride in our escort vehicle, as it is prohibited by law. We kindly ask for your understanding.
(In case of violation: subject to imprisonment for up to 3 years or a fine not exceeding 3,000,000 yen)
In such cases, we may suggest arranging a separate taxi for your party to ride in. Thank you for your understanding.
Q4. Can I ask for a service to move just the car?
We're sorry, but transporting a vehicle without the customer on board is considered vehicle delivery and falls under the category of land transport or vehicle transportation services.
In the unlikely event of an incident, we are unable to provide coverage under our designated driver service insurance. As we are not licensed for vehicle transport services, we cannot accept such requests. 。
Q5. Are there any types of vehicles that you do not offer driver services for?
Yes, in some cases. We may not be able to accept requests for certain imported cars, motorcycles, large vehicles, poorly maintained vehicles, or illegally modified cars, due to safety concerns.
We kindly ask for your understanding if we must decline such requests.
Q6. Is it cheaper to take a taxi both ways, or to use a driver service?
Prices may vary depending on factors such as the season, number of passengers, distance, and time of day, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
Depending on the time of day when taxis are busy or surcharges apply, nearby bus stops, low-cost municipal parking near restaurants, and your group size or number of vehicles, we can offer a variety of information to help you choose the most efficient and cost-effective option. (Sharing one large rental car is highly recommended!)
