What is a designated driver service?
A designated driver service refers to a service in which a professional driver (holding a Class 2 driver's license) operates the customer's vehicle on their behalf and safely transports both the customer and their car to a specified destination, such as their home or accommodation.
When we, as a designated driver service provider, go to meet a customer at their vehicle's location, it is standard for two staff members to arrive together—one to drive the customer's car and the other to follow behind in our company vehicle.
How to Request a Designated Driver Service
① Please call 070-9053-0575 or send a text message to consult with us regarding items ② through ⑦ below.
② Preferred time of use (Making a reservation by phone in advance is much more convenient than calling right before you need the service.)
③ Your Name
④ The parking lot where your car is parked (please include the name of the lot and address, if available).
⑤ Your destination (your home or the name of your accommodation)
⑥ Vehicle details such as the make, model, and license plate number (optional, if available).
⑦ Your contact information (we may call you upon arrival).
※ There may be times when we are unable to answer your call immediately.

Since designated driver services do not meet the licensing requirements for general passenger transport businesses, it is legally prohibited for customers to ride in our escort vehicle.
Even for very short distances — such as from a restaurant to a parking lot or from a hotel parking area to the hotel front desk — any activity that resembles taxi services is strictly prohibited by law.
Compliance Notice: Prohibition of Illegal Vehicle-Only Transport Services
Transporting only the customer's vehicle from the parking location to the destination without the customer (or their companions) riding along is not considered a "designated driver service.
In such cases, the service is not covered by the designated driver liability insurance (Dai-kou Kyousai). Therefore, in the event of an accident, there would be no compensation, and we regret to inform you that we cannot accept such requests.
